Classes in Drawing and Painting

Students will gain a solid understanding of 3D forms, and the skills necessary for creating 3D forms on paper.

During the two weeks intensive course, students with little or no prior training will quickly master basic drawing skills. Meanwhile, students with foundational skills in the drawing will further refine their artistry through projects in realism. The class will also include outdoor drawing activities in order to further improve students’ artistic observational skills.

In painting class, students will learn basic color theory and apply this knowledge directly in their own artworks. Beginning students will gain fundamental skills in 3D painting, and advanced students will further enhance their realistic painting techniques. Regardless of skill level, classes will allow the students to efficiently improve their skills within a short amount of time.

Clay Modelling

The class aims to expose students to the art of modeling and encourage children’s imaginations and creativity. Students will gain experience in working with several types of clay media, such as air-dry modeling clay, air-dry colored clay, and polymer clay. The class will incorporate 2D and 3D designs, and students will enjoy various forms of hands-on craft projects, such as cups, bowls, animal sculptures, and jewelry-making.
